Terms & Conditions

By using the Jungle Bari Hotel & Resort website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

All bookings are subject to room availability. A 50% advance payment of the total fare is required to confirm a booking. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of reservation.

We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and all major credit and debit cards. The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in. All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If canceled 72 hours before the check-in date, 50% of the advance payment is refundable.
• The payment is non-refundable if canceled less than 72 hours before the check-in date.

Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Requests for late check-out or early check-in are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All guests are expected to adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests. For security reasons, outside food is not permitted. Appropriate swimwear is mandatory for using the swimming pool.

The resort management will not be held liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings of the guests. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.

Jungle Bari Hotel & Resort reserves the right to modify, amend, or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
