What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Timings may be flexible upon special request and room availability.

How can I book a room or package?

You can fill out the booking form on our website directly or confirm your booking by calling our hotline number (+8801310-). A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

Is the resort safe for families and couples?

Absolutely. We have 24/7 security and CCTV cameras. We give the utmost importance to the safety and privacy of our guests.

What are the payment methods?

We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and all major credit and debit cards.

Where is the resort located?

Our resort is located in Purbachal, Gazipur, near Dhaka. Please visit our 'Contact' page for the full address and a Google Map.

What are the rules for using the swimming pool?

The swimming pool is open for all registered guests from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Appropriate swimwear is mandatory.

Is outside food allowed?

Due to having our own restaurant and for security reasons, outside food is not permitted. However, you can bring necessary food for infants.

What is the cancellation policy?

If canceled 72 hours before the check-in date, 50% of the advance payment is refundable. The payment is non-refundable if canceled less than 72 hours before.
